General

Children must be supervised at all times by an accompanying adult (18 years & older) unless formally registered for supervised play or an enrichment class with playspace staff

We are a peanut and tree nut-free facility. This includes the hallways. Please wash hands thoroughly before coming inside if you consumed nut products prior to your arrival
​

All shoes must be removed and stored in the provided cubbies
​

Socks must be worn by all adults and children and can be brought from home or purchased for $2 at the front desk
​

Infants and babies who are crawling must wear socks, but they do not need to have grips on the soles
​
-
Bathrooms are on site and are equipped with changing tables. Diapering necessities including wipes and diapers size N-5, are available upon request - please ask at the front desk!

Clover Clubhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Ask our front desk for lost and found items
Directions, Parking & Accessibility

Our address is 368 W Broadway, South Boston, MA 02127

We are located on the 4th floor of the South Boston Lithuanian Club Association, which is accessible by elevator or stairs
​

Free street parking on W Broadway and neighboring streets as well as Municipal Lot one block away at 450 W Broadway. Hourly paid parking on Athens Street behind the Goodwill.

Accessible by numbers 9, 10 and 11 buses, as well as a quick walk away from the Red Line Broadway T Stop
​

Stroller parking is available on-site. We kindly ask that strollers are parked as tightly and compactly as possible to accommodate everyone.


Food & Drinks

We are a peanut and tree nut-free facility. This includes the hallways. Please wash hands thoroughly before coming inside if you consumed nut products prior to your arrival

There is a separate snack area where snacks and beverages brought from home can be enjoyed. No food or drinks may be consumed in the play space.
​

Nursing and bottle feeding are permitted in all areas, and a private nursing space is also available!
​

Highchairs are available, on a first come first serve. Please be mindful of others and only use the high chairs for babies who are actively enjoying a meal!
​

A variety of snacks are available for purchase. Water is always available - please bring your own water bottles. Cups are not provided.
​

Please clean up after you are done enjoying your snack and dispose of all trash! Please use the provided wipes to kindly wipe down your eating surface for the next guest.

Sterile water and a bottle warmer are available for your use.
Parents Lounge
-
The parent’s lounge is reserved exclusively for the two primary adults listed on your child(ren)’s membership. Please keep this in mind when selecting which two adults you are enstating as the primary members
​

The lounge is for adults only (children under 6 months allowed), and to be used when members’ children are actively participating in supervised play, or are participating in an enrichment class or guided workshop. You may not leave your child unattended while using the lounge
​

Please be mindful of your use of the lounge to allow all primary guests to enjoy the space
​

Snacks, water, and coffee are complimentary. You may bring your own food and drink to enjoy in the lounge (no alcohol), however it must be peanut and tree-nut-free


Sick Policy
-
Please note that strict adherence to our sick policy is required to keep our families and staff as healthy as possible. Intentional disregard of the sick policy will result in a 1-month suspension of your membership ​

Age appropriate, CDC recommended vaccinations are encouraged.
​​

Adults and children must be fever-free for a minimum of 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication
​
-
Children must be diarrhea-free for at least 24 hours (diarrhea is defined as having at least three loose or watery stools in one day)
​

Children with conjunctivitis (presented by redness, discharge, and tearing of the eye(s)) must have received treatment and been cleared by a doctor via written notice before resuming attendance at Clover Clubhouse
​

Any child or adult showing symptoms of COVID-19 or other respiratory illness must be symptom-free and fever-free for at least 24 hours before resuming attendance at Clover Clubhouse. Symptoms include both a wet cough and colored nasal discharge
​

Though not required, to prevent the potential spread of illness a mask is recommended for any child or adult with a clear runny nose, consistent sneezing, and/or dry cough
Change & Cancellation Policy
Open Play: ​
-
Open Play can be rescheduled up to 2-hours before the session either directly online or by calling the front desk
​
-
Changes with less than 2-hours but before start of booked time will be refunded as a credit toward open play
​
-
No-shows or notices of cancellation after the start of originally open play booked time are not refundable, nor can be exchanged for credits
Classes & Special Events: ​

Classes can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the session either directly online or by calling the front desk
​
-
Changes with less than 12-hours notice but before the start of class will be refunded as a credit toward open play
​
-
No-shows or notices of cancellation after the start of the class are not refundable, nor can be exchanged for credits
